As well as our usual science, writing and maths lessons today we also learned to compose and perform our own music. As if that wasn’t enough we then went on a Google expedition to Rome, Space, The Great Barrier Reef and more! It’s safe to say today was a very busy one.
Month: November 2016
As a start to our textile project we have been investigating the properties of a variety of materials. Here are some pictures of us exploring these materials earlier today.
We had a very interesting visit to the Edinburgh Central Mosque today. We learned lots about the Islamic faith and about all the different parts of the building. A big thank you to Haris for sharing his own knowledge with us. Here is a picture of him reading a bit of the Quran to us in Arabic.
To finish off our roman project the boys and girls in p4b all did some research about a specific area of roman life. They then created individual posters showing what they learned. Finally we peer assessed each other’s work. I was super impressed with everyone’s efforts. Great work guys 🙂
Thank you to Theo for sharing the amazing comic book he has been working on at home. We all really enjoyed looking at it.
